1. Who is responsible

intelliglobe travel tech pvt ltd (Bengaluru, Karnataka, India), operating Voyager under the Teleport brand, is responsible for the personal data described here. Contact us any time on WhatsApp at +91 94227 99118.

2. What we collect

  • Account & order details — your name, mobile number, email, billing state (for GST place-of-supply) and optional GSTIN, plus your trip details (destination, dates, travellers) and order history.
  • identity documents — only for the few destinations whose regulations require traveller KYC (e.g. passport number and nationality). We ask only when the destination demands it.
  • eSIM technical data — the identifiers needed to issue and support your eSIM (ICCID, activation status and data usage at the network level for refund verification and usage alerts).
  • sign-in data — we use one-time codes sent to your WhatsApp; no passwords. A session token is stored in your browser for up to 30 days.

We do not collect or store your card, UPI or banking credentials — payments are handled end-to-end by Razorpay.

3. How we use it

  • To provision your eSIM and deliver it to you.
  • To send transactional messages on WhatsApp: sign-in codes, order confirmation, eSIM delivery, setup-call reminders, usage alerts and refund confirmations.
  • To issue GST invoices and meet Indian tax obligations.
  • To verify refunds automatically against network usage.
  • To provide support and schedule setup calls.

4. Who we share it with

Only what each partner needs to do its job:

  • Connectivity partner (UK Telecom Distribution) — order and traveller details required to issue your eSIM, including KYC where the destination requires it.
  • Razorpay — payment processing and refunds.
  • WhatsApp Business platform (via SuperFone) — delivery of the transactional messages above to your number.
  • Cal.com — scheduling if you book a setup call.
  • Error monitoring (Sentry) — technical error reports from our systems, configured to avoid personal data.

We never sell your personal data.

5. How long we keep it

Order, invoice and refund records are retained as required by Indian tax and accounting law. One-time sign-in codes are deleted on use or expiry (15 minutes); sessions expire after 30 days. Identity documents collected for destination KYC are kept only as long as the provisioning and legal requirements demand.

6. Your choices and rights

  • Access, correct or ask us to delete your personal data by messaging our team on WhatsApp.
  • Signing out removes the session from your browser; you can sign in again any time with a one-time code.
  • Transactional messages are part of the service; we don’t send marketing messages without your consent.

7. Security

Traffic to our services is encrypted (HTTPS). Sign-in codes and session tokens are stored only as cryptographic hashes on our servers. Sensitive identifiers are masked in our internal logs. Access to customer data is limited to the team members who need it to support you.

8. Changes

We’ll post any changes to this policy on this page with a new “last updated” date.
